Business etiquette is not good. Cancels.

I know of others who just do not bother to give a review. I gave her chance based on these 5 star reviews. At first I thought she's the bomb and finished lashes with in 1 hour. Then I noticed she would work quicker to turn more clients. Also, in the end my lashes ended up falling in clumps, instead of fans. I was never told my fans/clusters were being sealed during fills!!! As others have told me... I also noticed she started to reschedule my time w/o waiting for my confirmation (I am not reffering to vacations) I let it slide. Even though I see others scheduled during my slot. I understand when she has personal matters but have rescheduled me more. I have always called to cancel/resched and even offered to pay if I do make it in or cancelled. I called to reschedule, becuase I was sick and she said to see how I felt and I said I would let her know in the AM for a 3 pm appt. (She was also ok with me coming in sick.) I told her I would let her know in the AM. Instead of asking if I could make it, you know like proper business etiquette??? She justs cancelled it. As I woke up at in the AM knowing I have a newborn! Annoyed, I asked for her to put me on the waitlist. She got me in. This time I really slept through the appt. I wake up to a friendly, concerned to an entitled little girl texting to say I was disrespectful!? (Got screenshots)Wowsers... business owner, no shows are part of the business.. and stuff happens... You think you are entiled to respect when you are quick to disrespect someone who was tolerant, gave you chances and approached about your employee. You want a clientele that you can boss and turn around quick. You maybe fast and work looks great but the quality and your business skills are lacking. If this is how you treat ppl which I see in some of your reviews... just stick to your online biz where you don't have to deal with humans.

Omg loved my lashes , I’m 2 weeks in and still such a amazing job , I love my lashes every time , guys I recommend her 100❤️🌹
