The PT providers, receptionist (sorry if that’s not the official title), and massage therapists are all wonderful. They are fun and personable. I’ve watched how they care for people who are struggling likely more than I and they’re compassionate and very thoughtful in their interactions. They also appear to really enjoy what they are doing which means a lot about the clinic itself.
I appreciate their willingness to put up with my sense of humor and that they can dish it right back, keeping me focused with humor. Bravo!!
This place is pretty good. The OT guy is very great. Very understanding understands When somebody says too much pain, PT same They understand very well massage lady does not understand. She continues to press on my back after I told her numerous of times. Hey this is my first time here. I’m having a lot of pain here. Having a headache at my appointment for PT can you please Ask Where the pain is coming from before you start pressing, I told She said This is massage for your lower back and she has to work on it and I’m telling her the pain is continuing to get worse.
