From start to finish, the process was extremely easy. Cool Cat Fence is an extremely professional company and I would use them again. My installer, Vasyl Prozapas, did an amazing job and took a fence that looked like it was falling apart and gave my house the curb appeal it really needed. Not to mention that the small details in crowning points made it look amazing. Thank you so much!!
The builders get a 5 but i took a star off for lack of communication on a few details. Sales guy did not answer all emails so when crew got here we had to make a deal on brush clearing so they could get into area to work. I had asked sales guy twice about it in week leading up to job and did not hear back. Otherwise excellent work.
Our foreman Nick and team did a great job installing our fence for us. The job was scheduled taking our rushed timeline into account. The team showed up on time, did great work, was communicative and cleaned up well after they were done. The pricing was reasonable as well!
