DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Indigo Urgent Care. The doctors here will gaslight you, tell you to go home and take basic pain meds without even thoroughly examining you. We got a second opinion from Indigo, where they took our medical issue seriously and immediately identified the problem that Concentra couldn't, without even needing an x-ray, which we had to virtually beg for. We came back five days later as advised to Concentra and were told, "What do you want us to do?" YOUR JOB, LOL. I mean, the incompetence! Indigo identified our medical issue within three minutes of hands-on testing and gave us a quick two-day treatment plan. Concentra will waste your time and money. Save yourself the trauma and hassle--go to Indigo.

There was a racist Asian lady who was being rude to me, I was being respectful and kind, she wanted to help everyone except me knowing I was who signed in first, she purposely threw away my sign in sheet, and had the audacity to say rude did you sign when i literally signed in 40 minutes ago, she amongst her coworkers was talking about me saying I'm a bitch when I was being so respectful , they were glaring at me for a whole 5 mins then she purposely in took people who came after me , just ignoring me purposely, and after she walked passed me saying eww to me and looking at me grossly and I waited for another hour they still didn't call me so I just left, don't ever come here people here are rude as hell and have a stanky adittude and they don't care about anyone but themselves

I advise everyone there to not go this place because there's a woman she's from Asia and she works in the front desk. She was very very bad and she keep like seeing the people the color and specially the colors like African something Mexican and some Refugees like that and the people also can't speaking English also so she was very rude treat .I prefer no one go there the first place . The worst place never saw in my life. I had already came early and she was like pretending I'm not there until I had asked someone what's going on I spoke someone there and tried to fix the problem but believe me she's very very bed that person She had done something in the system . Believe she's sick she need to a doctor before patient. many people they came late or they came early and they go in there inside.
