I knew nothing about the process of acquiring a tank, setting it, filling it. I was just tired of hauling three seven gallon tanks every Sunday to get them refilled. I called Blue Star in Olympia and the process started. Mike came out and looked at our project, suggested the place to put it and explained the process. As soon as I had the area prepared, they delivered the tank. As soon as I had the tank set inspected, they came and filled it. The office person got my on-line account set up and the rest is history. Besides not having to haul tanks anymore, it is significantly cheaper.

I purchased a home this year with an older propane tank that had no service records available, being concerned about the tank running to the fireplace and I finally called Blue Star Gas and they professionally answered all my concerns and reassured us how clean and safe to humans and pets using propane is. Living in Mason county their tech came out to do a leak check gave us the thumbs up and came out the same week to fill the tank. Blue Star Gas has a repeat customer, thank you.

They installed our Kohler backup generator.
We recently had a problem( mouse chewed through a wire). We were able to easily schedule a visit and whilst they were there they did the annual maintenance.
Work was done quickly and effectively. We received a verbal and then written report detailing the cause of the problem and their proactive fix.
I had a follow up question which was quickly and correctly answered.
