I've been with them not quite 10 years now, but have always had a good experience. My previous preparer retired, so I had a new person this year (when everything was different because I'm now retired). Brehen was great. She explained things clearly and showed me the comparisons between last year and this year, and how my fee to them is calculated. I had a meeting scheduled just 8 days later with my new financial advisor, and I hoped to send him the digital record before our meeting. She worked really fast: we met late Thursday, and Monday morning I had the call to come in and sign and pick up my copy and I had no trouble shooting the advisor the digital version.
