I recently went in to have my Chevy Traverse serviced for an oil change and a transmission flush. I then took my other vehicle, Kia Optima in to have my AC recharged. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed the entire time. They even gave me a popsicle to stay hydrated in the heat! I appreciate this location and the staff.
Very very appreciative of the guys that were here today! (10/4 around 3pm) They totally went above and beyond to help us out, Nahele and the Monster Zoo will make it to our bikejoring race now thanks to the Elm st Valvoline crew!!!
This is for Monday, Feb 26th. For whatever reason, these guys were really on top of things today! They were friendly, fast and efficient. Got my oil changed, new wiper blades and a light replaced all for under $100. (I had a coupon so that helped.) The guy helping me also answered some concerns I had about my van, so I left feeling like I'd really conquered and had a plan for some things I needed to schedule to keep up the maintenance moving forward.
