I had a house built 15 years ago by another contractor. I didn’t know Richardson Construction then or I would’ve hired them. Fast forward to 7 years after the house was built and the prior contractor did a shoddy job on an exterior wall weather proofing which led to water intrusion and rot and basically the whole wall needed replaced. Kendall and his team of long time awesome high-level carpenters came in on a really bad situation. It’s a job that normal people would not want to take and knocked it out of the park. It’s now been roughly 7 years later and I had to repaint the house this year, just cause it was due and that wall that is the south facing wall and gets all the weather is still in perfect shape with the fixes and additions and renovations they did to that flank.
