Came out to my apartment to assist in putting my cat to sleep. She was kind and compassionate as well as prompt (came out same day after she returned my message). I'm incredibly grateful that she was there for our family in our time of need.

Paula Thompson is very reliable. She always answer my text and phone call when I need help or have a question to ask. For example I had a female dog go in labor at 12am in the morning and she answer her phone right away and let us bring her in for a c-section. She always check in with the animals even if it in the middle of the night or early in the morning. She care more about animals needs then hers.She is always busy but makes time for the animals. I would highly recommend
