Clients have expressed appreciation for the friendly staff and their dedication to both pets and owners. One suggestion for improvement is the provision of a written discharge summary from the doctor, detailing the expected recovery process and next steps, which could help ease the worries of pet owners during appointments.
Overall, Tenino Veterinary Clinic LLC is a highly recommended veterinary clinic that prioritizes the health and well-being of its patients, while also providing excellent service and support to their owners. It is refreshing for pet owners to have a vet they genuinely enjoy visiting, where they know their pets are in good hands.
This is a drive up Veterinary Business which means you park, call them, they come out to your car and get your pet, you wait in the car, and when they are done with the appointment, they bring your pet back out to you. It works great for our family, its better than waiting in the waiting room, both the Veterinarian and the assistant/receptionist were very friendly. The cost was reasonable and well worth it!
I've had over 20 years of contact with Dr. Keith and his staff. They have seen us through the life (and death) of our beloved Border Collie and cat. Dr. Keith and his staff are some of the most dedicated, compassionate people around. I would highly recommend Dr. Keith to anyone.
