Elaine Robinson at Smiling Web Design has been wonderful to work with. She took the time to understand our business before building anything, and always walked us through the process, and what the finished website would look like: very professional and easy to use. She's also very responsive. Questions get answered quickly, and she never makes you feel like you're bothering her.
What I appreciate most is that she handles both the design and the SEO, so the site doesn't just look good, it actually helps people find the right company. With decades of experience behind her, Elaine knows what works and explains it without the tech jargon.
Elaine is so responsive to our needs and always is willing to work with our changes needed or requested. I emailed her just today that something didn't look right on our home page and within 5 minutes, she had fixed it and emailed back to confirm it was working properly. As a small business owner myself, this kind of customer service and fast response is so appreciated! Elaine is easy to work with, reasonably priced and I love that her company is local. Many thanks, Elaine!
I want to give a shoutout to Elaine Robinson and her team at Smiling web design, especially after seeing her initial design for my website concept.
