Tried updating an old review. It didn't let me. So I decided to write a new one.Upon entering my room. There was a light bulb sitting on the nightstand. It was burnt out as I tried putting it back in the lamp. Attempted to call the front desk to come replace it. But the phone on the desk didn't work. Ended up taking the bulb from the desk light and putting it in the lamp... Then, the opposite lamp kept flickering like it had a loose connection somewhere. So, I ended up just shutting that one off. Such a cute hotel. The heat didn't seem to be working in my room so I called the front desk and was promptly moved to another room with an even better view. Service there was great. Bedding was super soft and comfortable.My only complaint is the TVs seem weirdly dated and the TV in my first room had some dead pixels.Overall would highly recommend this place for the ambiance, service and location.
Really good experience... only stayed one night for business. Great, accommodating staff... very comfortable beds... love how each floor is themed to a specific artist... I stayed on the 7th floor and found the art uniquely interesting ?. Only one restaurant was open but the food was perfect and the service couldn't have been better. Will definitely stay here again.
