Dental hygienist and dentist were friendly as always?.
The front office staff who has been there for sometime could be more helpful, more friendly and more customer service oriented. Over the years this front office staff member has become more rude and more unfriendly. Not sure she is happy in her role or her job or perhaps she is a unhappy person.

My experience has been phenomenal every time for 7 plus years!! I have a very sensitive mouth and my dental anxiety is very high. The entire team has empathy, kindness and are very cautious providing detailed care. Dr. Nielsen is very knowledgeable and sincere and didn't make me feel guilty about my oral health but instead coached me and gave me resources to reach better oral health goals. They are a team of love and devotion to their patients. The best cleanings and dental work I have ever had!

Upon arrival, Tammy greeted me with the anticipated pleasantries. Alicia then kindly greeted me at the appointment time. She asked me about my teeth. She did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. She is very committed to her patients. Dr Nikolina greeted me as a friend who cares about my wellbeing. She inspected my teeth, gave me her seal of approval and left me with a beautiful smile. Alicia applied fluoride to my teeth, scheduled me for my next appointment and then lead me out with a smile. The experience is always pleasant and feels like a visit with family. Thank you Sumner Smiles for taking such good care of me.
