Anton has been our HVAC tech for the past several yrs w/this co & does an exceptional job servicing our original unit, which could be 15-20 yrs old. We don't trust anyone else w/servicing it. We couldn't recommend him more.
Amazing! We purchased a heat pump and furnace a few months ago from Home Comfort Alliance! Love it! It was throwing an error yesterday. We called and they sent someone out within two hours of calling. Keith came out and was fabulous! He walked me through various parts of the system and also gave me great tips on keeping it up! Keith went above and beyond. Thank you!!
I just had my mini split serviced when the power just shut off. Every person I worked with from the scheduler at the front desk, sales rep and technicians were very helpful and professional. They were fast at getting a technician out and the communication was amazing. I didnt have to take a whole day off of work and it gave you a play by play on where the tech was and arrival time. I called on a Monday, tech came out in the afternoon and was able to fix it while troubleshooting the problem. It was a great experience and I would recommend this company to anybody. I am a very happy customer. THANK YOU!!
