I cannot say enough about our amazing experience with Kingdom Builders Construction and Ryan and Ken Jewel. My wife and I had a dream to take an older home and completely transform it. We looked at several homes and we finally found a jewel that was tucked back in this beautiful lot on almost an acre in the heart of University Place. To be honest I didn’t see the potential that my wife could see, but I loved the lot and I trusted my wife’s judgement so we decided to make an offer and the sellers accepted.
