I have contemplated writing this review for awhile now since Jessi and I go way back. I have waited for a response from them for 3 months now with no reply. Ryan came to my home to diagnose an electrical issue back in February. He was to return the following week with another person to assist him. He has not returned. I have reached out to Jessi to no avail. I gave them my business because I thought I could trust them. Apparently I was wrong. I paid $400.00 for an undiagnosed issue and have a couple lights hung. Now I have to pay someone else to come and do the same thing to diagnose and repair my issue. Very poor way to treat your customers. Shame on you both!

We had some electrical work done and are new to the area. There was some confusion around work expectations, but overall they got the job done.

It's so hard to find people you feel you can trust, who do excellent work, are reliable (very tough!) and provide it all at a fair price. I've used Ryan and Devon on two project now, one pretty major, and one that started simple and turned out bigger due to a recalled panel that had to be replaced. Both times they arrived when they said they would, did the work in the time they described, did all the work exactly as discussed and stayed completely within the quote. Jessica handles their scheduling and is friendly and easy to work with! Will be using them again on future projects, without a doubt!
