On a hot day with short notice My tech Joel and Ryan came out to assit me with my older Carrier unit and figured out the problem within 5-10min provided a lot of useful information regarding my aging system and we're very professional I would highly recommend this company and crew
I had Dicks replace my 28yo gas furnace and also install a new heat pump. (Dual Fuel System). My initial contact was with Edgar who provided a quote on the spot. It was competitive and I felt like Edgar was knowledgeable and honest. I procrastinated and didn’t hire them for 3 months after the bid. They honored the original bid and scheduled me for the end of the following week. A five-man crew showed up including Edgar on time as arranged. They started at 9 and finished by 4pm. They cleaned up the worksite. They were polite and responsive to questions as the job progressed.

Our heat pump, only two years old, stopped working. The company that installed it is out of business. We called Dick's and they sent Edgar out. He diagnosed the problem and found the part was under warranty thru the manufacturer saving us money. He set the unit to heat on aux until the parts arrived. Today he returned and I was glad it was the same tech. He quickly repaired the heat pump, tested the system and even completed an annual inspection which we have signed on for as the old company did not have that option. I have no problem highly recommending this company and thanking Edgar for his professionalism. You have a new customer.
