I had to make a special trip to go to this clinic. And I am so glad that I did. The staff were so welcoming and kind.I had a hard time finding someone who could do my Basic Med exam in my home town. To have discovered Cascade Health Clinic was a great experience.
I went to have a DOT physical done today and it was a very pleasant experience. Staff and Dr. Cassidy were very friendly and made my experience a good one. I have been going here for the last 5 years. I have had a good experience every time so that is why I keep coming back.
I've had several knee surgeries and have "white coat syndrome" (anxiety) when being examined. The calm voices of everyone there and the relaxing environment/rooms absolutely shocked me on how calm I became. Opened my eyes to a new healthcare provider. Absolutely WILL be going back!
