Femme fa tow was awesome to work with; very professional and helpful during a stressful situation. I was able to go to the tow yard and retrieve my belongings from my totalled vehicle, and they offered to secure some things I forgot to grab. Great service and great people!

Bates Brothers went above and beyond for us. Van off the road... they got it out of the deep ditch, no damage and took care of it until we could pick it up. They definitely made the best of a bad situation. Thank you Bates Bros!

It is a real small business that is not just an answering service that distributes you to somebody else.The woman that answered the phone was extremely nice, as was the tow truck driver that showed up. They came out very fast and had me out of the ditch that I got stuck in. The price was extremely reasonable. You can definitely trust this company to help you. I will not hesitate to call them again if I am in need.
