This is a great dental office! Dr Joe gives PAIN FREE shots!! Plus he’s very capable, he’s caring and genuine. Joann did a great job cleaning my teeth and Christy and Mandy at the front desk are very sweet and professional. I highly recommend Dr Joe!

No one likes going to the drntist, but this office is amazing! All of the staff are very friendly, helpful, and inviting. Doctor Joe is amazing! I've never gotten numbing injections pain free until him. Wonderful bedside manner. He makes sure you stay comfortable and pain free throughout your entire procedure. I cannot recommend this office enough! They truly care about the patients and patient care.

Dr. Smith is absolutely wonderful and that also includes the whole staff that supports Port Susan Dental.
I recently had a crack in a molar and I am in a situation not like most. I broke my jaw 20 years ago and I have a steel plate in my jaw that has completely messed with my nerves in the area where I needed a new crown. Dr. Smith worked diligently in getting me better. He would call or text me to make sure I was doing ok while we went through this process of getting the right fix for me.
