Since purchase in March, husband had been getting daily mail, but currently hospitalized. Scheduled an appointment for re-keying our mailbox because my keys were not working. Locksmith called before the appointment to provide an ETA and called again at arrival. Brought both sets of keys and learned that I had been trying the wrong key and the wrong box. Offered to pay for his time, but the locksmith politely declined. Telling you know, I'll be calling Bigfoot, aka A1 locksmiths for any and all future needs. Thank you.

We had lost the keys to our pickup so we called AAA who sent Brent from Bigfoot Lock Service! He was amazing! So friendly! He made quick work of getting us new keys for the truck as well as making a couple copies for our other vehicles as well. I was over the moon happy with his service. The price was just right as well.
