Office (Heather) was so informative, polite, and answered so many questions. Even made sure I had good contact info in case I needed to reach her again. I really appreciate my ability to reach somebody so quickly. In person technician (Scott) was very informative, honest, helpful and patient with my questions. Per previous request, alerted me when they were on their way via call/text which was terrific. Same day service and I felt so lucky for that since I had a potential emergency. I had a GREAT Experience with H&R complete. I had a septic alarm go off on a Friday at 2 AM! To make matters worse we had guests from out of town so having no showers and restrooms available was not an option. Scott with H&R was out that morning. My pump had gone bad. They had a new pump installed that day. We very happy and grateful for their response time and efforts to get us back on line.
H&R Complete was the right choice for us! Toward the end of winter 2019, we noticed that our fresh water looked like grey water. Turns out that our fresh water holding tank developed a crack which was evident by the sinkhole near one of the sides. H&R Complete was recommended to us by a friend, so we gave them a call. Herb came out to survey the damage. He brought in another contractor to supply the new tank, who was also incredibly professional. Together, they removed, excavated, replaced, and hooked up a new concrete vault. I've recommended Herb (H&R Complete) to anyone who has had issues with septic or freshwater vaults. Thanks, Herb!
