I cannot say enough about Hunter Hansen, the Mayster technician who responded to my call.
Hunter began with a very thorough inspection of all parts of my heating system & quickly discovered why I had no heat. He carefully explained what had happened-the heat pump shut down at 30. He walked me through accessing emergency heat.
In addition to knowing what he was doing, his kindness and professionalism made this an exceptional experience.

A great company from start to finish. I had several estimates, but this company was chosen over all of them. It started with Jake coming out and doing a very thorough inspection, explaining the process and giving several estimate options. Esther in the office is a delight when calling. Alex and Andrew are topnotch when it came time to install the unit. Professional, communicative, and overall excellence is the experience I received from this company.

Our furnace was over 20 years old, it finally died and so we called Thurmans, talked to Bryan and he stopped by same day to give us an estimate. He returned to our home 3 days later, removed the old one and installed our new furnace on a Sunday. Yes, SUNDAY! Amazing work, I’m very happy and highly recommend. Paula
