Dale came out for us today, we couldn’t be happier!We have six month old hypoallergenic carpets from Empire but between three senior dogs and two puppies we had some problem spots and we wanted to get a cleaning done just to refresh and get back to clean.He did an amazing job, our carpets look (and smell) brand new, he was so quick while being thorough. The carpets in the bedrooms that didn’t need PURT (the pet treatment) dried in just a few hours even on a very cold day and best of all I didn’t have to spend a whole day using my home machine.He was educational and recommended several ways to treat potential future spots, we still have two seniors who occasionally...read full review

Hector was awesome, fast, kind, and helpful with questions. Their carpet cleaning solution dries super fast which is amazing because I had to move everything out of the rooms and back in, so I was able to do that on the same day! I am stoked. Happy to not worry about bacteria/viruses from prior mouse infestation anymore and really settle in to the house.Also, super great prices!

I just wanted to share how impressed I am with Tacoma ChemDry. Their customer service is second to none, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their service. We were actually scheduled with a different company, but choose Tacoma Chemdry when their price came in cheaper. They were able to book us on short notice, and did a great job.
