I came in today for the first time to establish primary care doctor patricia was amazing she actually heard me and took the time to help me ive never had a great experience with doctors but this appointment was very reassuring she didnt shrug my symptoms off she actually is trying to help with root cause im so blessed to have found her
Dr. Queenie here is amazing. She will listen to your concerns and really tries to help you. She is the provider at this location that will prescribe ADHD medication if you have been diagnosed.
The other provider physician assistant Roanne Jimenez was an awful fit for me. She doesn't really listen to you, I don't think she's very trained in people with anxiety/ADHD/depression. She will not help treat your ADHD. After seeing her, my anxiety was through the roof and I spiraled for a while- months.
The front desk staff have always been pleasant to me. They answer the phone rather quickly.
I arrived about 30 minutes early. No problem. Nurse took vitals & with my help corrected mistakes made to allergy list by hospital. NP was friendly but professional. She addressed my concerns & prescription refills.
