Tomas and his efficient crew did an amazing job of repairing a 53 year old stucco exterior on my home. Every crack or imperfection was meticulously sealed, and matched perfectly with the existing stucco. The fresh paint was applied in multiple coats to ensure a perfect covering. Tomas is a perfectionist and my stucco repair and restoration was beautiful. I highly recommend Polam Home Improvement Services.
Polam Home Improvement recently completed a project to repair extensive water damage on my home. The work included some major structural repair/replacement of studs, floor joists, insulation, drywall and plaster of the interior walls as well as the exterior Dryvit system surfaces. The texture and color of the finish match the original product perfectly.

We had a fantastic experience with Tomas. Our 98 year old home needed stucco repair to prevent internal water damage. He was quick to respond, very communicative throughout the process, and made the whole repair seamless. The stucco work is flawless—he matched the pattern and paint perfectly, and you’d never know there had been any damage. Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!
