Katherine was excellent and very knowledgeable at the showroom and provided me with the perfect product for my home. I’d been looking for a very specific flooring and Pacific Flooring was the only one that checked all the boxes while also being the most competitive bid. Within less than a week, Ernesto and his crew sourced all the products, got my custom stair nosings, and had everything installed. Without sacrificing quality, they got it all done in one day and even sent out a team the following morning to professionally clean the entire area. If you need quality floors with great customer service at a good price, this is the place to go!

We LOVE our new floors, Pacific Flooring did a fantastic job!! We initially reached out a few months ago, but decided to hold off and conduct further research. When we followed up to say we were ready, not only did Ernesto remember us, but he also came over the same day to do a walkthrough, as we wanted some additional rooms done.
When it was time to do the job, the crew was professional, pleasant, respectful, and very kind! They completed the job in 2 1/2 days, and I cannot tell you how happy we are with their work.
