I came to Greater Lakes and a few years ago and things were actually decent. I had been doing well. I recently started therapy again due grief and loss, and so far I am surprised at how downhill Greater Lakes has gone. I only had 3 sessions and I went back for my 4th session only to find out my therapist had their schedule cleared, and no one called me to tell me about this, before I drove all the way to the location for my appointment on a Tuesday. On that same visit I then was told I would receive a phone call explaining what was going on, and I have received no phone calls. It has been almost a week. I've been trying to get scheduled with psychiatrist/therapist for the last 5 days, and no one is answering the phone during their scheduled work hours. All of the other calls to other places have given me little to no help and give me a complete run around. Something needs changed.

Very disappointed in this facility. My son needed support and we had an appointment canceled morning of when we got to the place. We rescheduled for the following week and once we pull into the parking lot, I get a phone call saying the counselor is working remotely. After sitting on hold for 15 mins it turned out she was in the building, but working remotely. Like what?!?! We drive 30 minutes to get there and my son hasn't even had his first appointment. Anyways, I will never attempt this facility again. The counselor is flaky, how do they expect to build relationships with patients like this?!
