Car would not start stuck in a parking lot . Called and the lady on the phone was very helpful and trying to give discounts to help us out. She said the truck would be there within a half hour. Truck showed up on time and Kevin was amazing he was running to get the car on the truck as fast as possible since it was in a parking lot. We arrived at the place that was going to service it and Kevin was again very quick and he was very personable. We had a large purchase in the car that Kevin even helped to get into another car. Would definitely recommend this company they helped when we were really stressed.
They did us good. Their drivers were fast and professional. The only stupid part was they tacked on a fuel Surcharge without making that clear when they quoted me. Kind of slimy. But I’d still use them again, fuels expensive I get it. Just say it up front in the future. Ty for the lift
After getting into an accident in Spanaway, I was incredibly stressed, but Emerald Towing came to my rescue and towed me safely off Mountain Highway with such professionalism and care— their response time was fast, the driver was kind and reassuring, handled my vehicle with great attention, and turned a really overwhelming situation into a smooth and positive experience, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful for their outstanding service.
