My move out requirements were extremely high. Believe me when I say I'd never seen rental move out requirements like this. Ellie came to my rescue. She had previous experience with the property management company that was managing my move out. She was able to explain exactly what I needed and how much it was going to cost upfront. Her cleaners went to work exactly on time the day we had agreed on. Ellie kept me up to date during the entire process with pictures of trouble areas and her progress.
