My husband and I can’t say enough about Aloha Septic Zeb did a FaceTime with us to try and troubleshoot our issues. They finally had to come out. They found where our filter was located! We’ve had 3 other companies out and none of them found it. Our issue turned out that the previous Owner did an illegal Repair on the pipe going from the tank to the riser where the float and pump are located. The pipe was cracked and wrapped with plastic. We’ve lived here over 10 yrs and finally know what our problem has been. When I called he responded within 10 minutes and he was here in time when he said he would be. Very impressed with timeliness, communication and knowledge! Highly recommend them.
Very responsive company. They addressed an alarm system and took care of the problem. The two young men are always so polite and respectful. I will continue using them for any septic needs and yearly inspection.
These guys are good. They are very honest and thorough. They will walk you through any issues you may have and tell you the right way to fix them. Compared to other septic companies in the area they are very affordable. I will be using them for all of my septic needs!
