Nicholas is amazing, they helped to guide me through great products that are also affordable. I really appreciate the time they took with me and answering all of my questions, suggesting new products and explaining why.
I visited this location on 4/9, first thing at open. Being in a bind to find something quickly for a meeting, I walked up to the front counter to ask if Ulta had anything to cover up tattoos like KVD.
Morgan said they didn’t carry that anymore but she named two different brands and then walked me over to her first suggestion. She did not walk off afterwards like some employees do, she explained why it works well, took the time to match my color and tested a small area, showed me how it’s buildable. I cannot express how good of an experience I’ve had at this store! Everyone is so helpful and super friendly, I am very new to makeup and the employees are always happy to help me, answering questions and recommending products. Today I came in and the girl who helped me was absolutely amazing (I unfortunately did not catch her name😭😭 I wish I did because I wanna give her a shout out) and helped me find a foundation and concealer, and gave me great recommendations for other products like bronzers and liners, seriously outstanding customer service!
