The values, my colleagues, company owner Josh and President John are truly top notch and we have done some of the coolest jobs in the PNW. We have a footprint in the Seattle skyline and I am lucky to have landed a career here. They really invest in their employees and encourage advancement.

I cannot recommend Synder highly enough. They replaced the roof on our condo building this year and did a great job. The work was meticulous, the job site well managed, and the project management team was very responsive. I've worked with a number of construction companies over the years and Synder was hands down the best. They were onsite when they said they were going to be, they finished early and they clearly took pride in their work. During an unseasonably heavy rainstorm - on a weekend of course - we had a small leak in a section that hadn't been re-roofed yet. They had their team onsite within an hour to button it up. Five stars!
