I was referred over to Jeff to do an initial mini split install for our home. After meeting and discussing options he was not only able to provide a wonderful Daikin Central AC system for our home but they on time, quick, clean and by far the best competitive price considering I had 3 outrageous quotes before meeting him from other companies.
He met my budget expectations and exceeded in customer service. We are so glad we were not upsold on anything and we now have Central AC instead going the mini split route. His team is great and they do a wonderful job. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend.

Pilchuck heating installed a Daikin ductless mini split heat pump system in my home just a few weeks ago.
From start to finish they did an exceptional job to communicate everything that was going to happen, and when it would happen. On the day of install, the installers showed up and worked through their process with me on what to expect for the day. They were respectful and enjoyable to have in my home. They worked effienciently, while taking the time to make sure everything looked great and was done correctly.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Pilchuck Heating to replace an existing mini-split unit in my home. I talked to the owner, Jeff, on the phone. He was super knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. I had a lot of faith in Jeff and Pilchuck after talking with him. The installers-Michael, Cory, and Ryan were terrific.
