“We have brought our dog Nugget here twice so far and actually have a third stay booked in the coming months.
I really like how they invite you out to meet your dog beforehand to ensure it will be a good fit. Mark also gave us a tour of the entire facility--he was great to speak and schedule with.
The rest of the staff is very friendly and you can tell they are passionate about caring for the pups. They take any instructions you leave them seriously (such as feeding instructions, specific care, etc).
The property is absolutely beautiful and you can tell the design was very intentional and made by someone who loves dogs.
Every time we pick up Nugget she acts as if she doesn't even recognize us! She has so much fun and I love getting to see her photos of her time here--she always looks so happy and even makes a couple of new friends.
This really is a special boarding facility; it is unlike anything you'll find anywhere else and it is so worth the drive. You really have to see it to see just how impressive the property is.
P.S.: if you have a very anxious dog with severe separation anxiety, it's probably best you don't leave them at ANY boarding facility. Consider an in-home pet sitter instead.”
