Jonathan Riggs was awesome. He showed up late on a Friday evening to help us out and mentioned that he was missing a work meeting to do so. He got our drain jetted quickly with no mess and was out of there without a trace. They even came back and dropped a camera down there free of charge for some peace of mind.
It was a bit spendy, but it's certainly price competitive with what else I was quoted for emergency service. I really appreciate Mr. Rooter for their transparency and prompt service.
