They claim they "specialize in locally made farmhouse tables and benches... customized with your choice of size and finish". We ordered a bench late June. Told it would take "about a week". She even gave us the phone number of the person making the bench if we ever needed to communicate with him. Two weeks later, tried calling to get the status. Neither the store nor the bench maker answers their phone, and they don't return messages. You need to physically go in the store to find out the status.
