Having Dr. Read as a close friend gives me an inside look at her caring demeanor, amazing listening skills, loving parenting to her wonderful family and so much more. It would be wrong to think those important life skills don’t translate directly into her practice in every perceivable way. As someone who takes my health seriously, I involve Dr. Read in many of my life choices/changes and questions. I am a healthier person by just knowing her and following her advice. I have recommended Dr. Read to countless friends / family members and will continue to do so because I believe she is committed to helping her patients lead healthier lives through quality natural care.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Read for almost a year now (and I have seen her as well) and we have been SO happy with her services! She always makes us feel comfortable, and really takes her time to listen and respond to my various concerns. I have been seeing naturopaths for some time now, but I recently went to a Family Medicine doctor simply because he was close to home and had good reviews, however my initial appointment lasted 10 MINUTES with the doctor practically kicking me out the door. Sadly, I think this is just the philosophy of Western medicine. Dr. Read, on the other hand, constructs hour long appointments that really dive into the core issues. We drive from Edmonds just to see her, and will continue to do so! I highly recommend her for pediatric/naturopathic services :) Thank you Dr. Read!
