I'm giving All Seasons five stars on the basement French drain system project they completed for us in November 2023. This was a tough bit of work. Once they jackhammered out the path of the drain, the ground underneath was glacial till packed as tight as concrete and loaded with river rocks... no way to use a shovel. They had to roto-hammer every foot in order to get that trench dug. They had one what I'll call "deviation from plan" in that they cut an existing floor drain line and then backfilled with concrete before repairing it. This happens - I totally get it. We bought a 1920’s house and the previous owners said there was no water in the basement, but our first winter brought lots of water into our basement every time it rained.We shopped around, but Mike, Tucker and their teams were so friendly and so flexible about all our own nitpicky details we wanted, and gave us plenty of options for our water problem.They installed an interior French drain around the perimeter of our house with a sump pump, and also put up a wall membrane on the wall to account for any wall seepage to make sure no water came into our basement!We also had another basement project going on at the same time they were working and they were so patient...read full review

I reached out to All Seasons Waterproofing to address a long simmering problem with the drainage in my backyard. In short, although my home sits above street level, water was not draining from my backyard in strong downpours. This would occasionally lead to water in my finished basement.I contacted several drainage specialists and I was impressed by All Seasons approach and their rep, Melvin.
