Friendly, low-key, economical service; have been using them for years. Comes in, inspects the backflow preventer, goes; no muss, no fuss. IIRC one time he replaced some gaskets due to age.

Company has been good to deal with in the past, but will not answer their phone or return calls this year. They failed to submit our backflow test that they completed 1 month ago, and now we are out of compliance with the local water district, and have been assessed a late fee.
