The dispatch center was quick to answer, courteous, and helpful. Our driver Zack arrived within the time given. He loaded the car and we were in route to the destination in no time, along with being very personable during the drive.
Jerry has a very good customer service, but I was waiting longer when they were just a few steps from where they were located. I don’t know who should answer for that - the lady that took my call or the drivers who were having fun smoking while I was worried sick waiting for help. I am just glad my flat tire was changed with my spare tire. I am satisfied and grateful for Jerry.
Jared was the driver who arrived to tow my pickup truck. It wouldn't start. He went out of his way to check some things that could have been the problem. His service was excellent.
