My husband developed a rash on his chest and because we had a 3 week old grandchild in the house, we decided to have it looked at. Dr Matthew Hoefler saw us after a 3 hour wait and it was totally worth it. He did not pretend to know everything and double checked his info on shingles and chickenpox. I respected that. Then he did a swab that would be definitive as a test. This made the visit totally worth the effort. He explained everything clearly.
Wait time was long but it’s understandable as there were a lot of people coming in. I do want to say that the doctor Courtney and her assistant Rob were very kind and went the extra mile to help get my kiddo the treatment he needed for his asthma. Thank you both
I came in just after they opened on a weekday for a cold that wasn't going away after 3 weeks.
After I was there in the waiting room, which was already half full in the first hour they were open, the wait time went up from one hour for me, to about four hours for anyone that came in after me, so they fill up quickly.
Everyone from the front desk to the physician and the x-ray tech were very professional and kind.
I did have to wait between steps in the process, from getting in the door at 9am I was there til 11am.
Other than wait times I was happy with my treatment today.
