Made an appt the night before. Came in and got seated immediately. My nail lady was superb with conversing. The other one doing my friends nail was a little cold. I brought my own nail sticker to put on my nails. She did a great job! My friends was cute overall. I wasn't going to be upset over the price. But sometimes I wish I knew what I was paying for. I tried to figure it out in my head myself. So was a little baffled by the total. I know places charge extra for designs, but I didn't think bringing your own stickers count, I could have added it myself at home.

I have been coming here for years and there's a reason why! The staff is friendly, attentive, and my nails always look beautiful. They also last until my next appointment (2-3 weeks). I always get compliments on how beautiful my nails are, too. Thank you Maya and staff!

The lady who did my waxing came in from outside without washing her hands before touching my face. I should have said something but decided to leave it. She was not friendly or personable at all. she also wasn’t gentle but rough. I regret tipping her. They’re expensive and my eyebrows only look okay. The other people besides her, however, seemed friendly. I don’t come here often- only a couple times a year - but I never seem to have a good experience with customer service. I used to love this place when it was owned by a different family. It has changed multiple times however. I don’t recommend business.
