Went in with a few issues, needless to say the hip hasn't hurt for at least a month or more and the neck rotation is greatly improved. No more having to turn my upper body to look over my right shoulder and the discomfort on the right side of the neck has diminished significantly. There are periods of time where the pain is completely gone. The movements that I have been doing are not hard or time consuming and some can be done anywhere.
