Very friendly, always smiles and making you feel welcome. Clean environment. Very knowledgeable. Really made me feel like I had someone that cared about getting my goals met. The billing was very direct and it was easy to get referrals from primary. I was a walk in, do to the professionalism of the outside appearance and the appearance of the work area. And of course the beautiful smiles from the men and women at the front desk. Great feeling to have them on your side.
I started going to Pro Sports in Silverdale about a month ago because my neck was extremely stiff and I was having severe headaches. The receptionists at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Elena Zasquez, a wonderful Chiropractor there, is so professional and so kind, after a full evaluation she came up with a plan that is enabling me to increase my movement while minimizing the pain I was experiencing. Along with Michael, who is wonderful and has shown me a set of exercises that I can do at home to increase my strength and mobility. I made my way to Pro Sport in Gig Harbor because Dr. Chandler works there now and he's the best sports med doc ever. With his referral for PT, I made my way to the Silverdale location because their Ryan, DPT had come highly recommended by a friend. Without doubt, Ryan is the best PT I've ever encountered; the only one whose work I have respected and trusted 100%. If only he were clone-able so there were more time slots in his schedule!!! He is knowledgeable, actually works on my issue with various modalities, gives me a very reasonable number of exercises (just a couple) and we are seeing measurable progress as a result.
