Every other time I go I am scared because they never listen and they reshape and take to much off after I clearly state, NOT to reshape, only clean up my natural shape and no scissors. My brows were natural and thick until the girl ruined them and I have to wait to grow them back which takes forever and why I don't go constantly. not everyone like the same shape you guys do. please listen to your customers!“
