Absolute miracle worker. Incredible. 10/10 would recommend again and again. Cynthia is such an incredible individual and the relief she was able to bring to my back is incredible. I could barely walk this week I was in so much pain and now I feel transformed. Just so absolutely incredible.

I've been going to Expansions Yoga for 17 years, which says something in and of itself. Great teachers, a variety of classes, beautiful space. There's something for everyone here regardless of your age or ability.

I have received several Thai Massages from Cynthia. As a runner, these have been highly effective for me from both a therapeutic and a performance perspective. Cynthia is very intuitive, has a great understanding of her craft, and tailors each session to your specific needs. Highly recommended!
