I signed up at the port orchard store and was used to excellent service and after moving was met with lack luster customer care at the Silverdale store. I considered canceling my membership due to beds and spray machines that were a bit dirtier than what I was used to. I started coming while Kayla was working and have been greeted with a smile and great customer service ever since. The beds are always spotless when she’s working and I trust that when I need help she’s not trying to upsell me and gives me advice with integrity. She has solidified my business and everyone should see her!

the girl who helped me out on christmas eve, cannot remember her name for the life of me, was an absolute sweetheart and so helpful and gave every customer in the lobby adequate attention even when it got a little packed in there!! made my experience so good and will be coming back every time im back in the state
