I don’t usually write negative reviews, but our experience closely mirrors Gregory’s. Unfortunately, Derek rarely returns calls and never followed up with us after we made our deposit. There were no updates or annual meetings to review our finances, despite having our accounts there for nine years. Whenever we had questions, his response was simply to contact the bank ourselves. It’s disappointing. He didn’t even reach out when we started closing our accounts, which made it clear he wasn’t concerned about keeping our business. What a great experience. Have been with another insurance company for 14 years. Derek convinced me to have a quote drawn up and I was amazed at what his policies included and that it was CHEAPER! Thank you so much Derek! Cant beat the great customer service and great rates!
