I had been wanting to get a little Botox for a few years and finally made the appointment. The morning of, I was crippled by anxiety over it, but I went in wanting to talk about it, not sure if I’d be able to go through with it even though I really wanted to. Karen was so kind and patient, she explained everything to me, her background, her prioritization of safety, absolutely everything and with zero pressure at all I was comfortable enough to go through with it. I am so happy I did. I’m thrilled with how it went, my results so far, and I have a second appointment set to treat another area.

Karen is a professional in her work. Superb bedside manners and she genuinely cares for her clients. Trusting her and knowing she takes care of you the best way possibly. That's great and that is why I will always be coming back.

Flora did an amazing job on my facial today. She was on time, took the time to explain each step, and was so easy to talk to. She did a great job of providing recommendations for products but never pressured me to buy any of them. (I did buy 3 because they were great!) My skin looks and feels amazing! I have already booked my follow up appointment, and look forward to seeing her again!
